I’m on my fifth week off from the gym and looking to get back to it. I was mid hypertrophy I and it was going well, but I’m wondering if I should run phase of the beginner program before hopping back on the same template.

Can I squeeze another question in? I live with my parents who are both over 70, should I refrain from going to the gym while omicron is spiking? We’re all fully vaccinated with boosters.
