Vacation

Good morning BBM crew,

i just finished week 10 of 12 week strength. I’m taking the family on vacation for a week and Training will be limited to whatever the hotel gym has to offer, most likely dumbells up to 50lbs. My question: should I jump straight back in to week 11 or is there a more appropriate approach to resume training?

I would just repeat week 10 when you get back. Enjoy the vacation!
