Doing 12 week strength and making progress. I am planning on a vacation in a few months where no gym will be available. Any specific recommendations for altering the program to take this “rest” week into account. I don’t have any particular need to test my 1 rep max; just interested in losing as little strength as possible.
Not really. If you can’t get to the gym and it’s only for a week, I would stay as active as possible during the vacation and then come back on the nearest low stress week.
