I’ve recently had a come to Jesus moment with my nutrition. I’ve more or less been stuck around the same E1RMs on all 3 lifts and have gotten frustrated and began checking off all variables. I’ve received ongoing programming, life stress is in check, and my sleep quality/quantity is good (just got treated for mild sleep apnea). I started to think about my nutrition and I wanted to ask some questions here. I’ve looked into a lot of BBMs diet recommendations and I’m conflicted whether I should be focused on long term “maingaining” or extended periods of bulking, maintenance, then cutting. Nutrition is complicated to me and I’m just spinning my wheels and don’t know what to do.

A little about me:
I’m 20 years old, about 5’11”, and my waist circumference is sitting around 36”-37”. I just don’t know what to do with my diet from here and need some recommendations. I do not think I would benefit from bulking up anymore, that’s for sure.
