When to Switch to 4 Day Programming

Hi BBM team,

I am wondering when it would be a good time to switch to four day templates. When there’s significant plateauing in lifts from 3 day programming or when you feel like it? I ran Hypertrophy I and am running Strength I right now and am trying to gauge when I should move on to the II’s.

Correct. You can make the switch based on personal preference and/or based on training response to your existing 3-day programming.
