When to utilize conditioning templates

Hey, docs. I know template-sequencing questions are tough to answer but I am postulating that you could provide some general guidance on the issue.

I am currently running repeating sequences of Hypertrophy-powerbuilding-strength templates in that order more or less. As of right now, I’m on week nine of Hypertrophy II. There is some occasional variance to the stated order of things sequentially here and there but that’s generally been the structure year round. I want to start integrating some more high velocity strength work. I own all of the Titan templates, General S/C (which I’m hesitant to run right now as I’ve really gotten into the flow of lifting 4 days/week) and the Strongman template. So that’s the range of templates I have to work with.

I was wondering – how would you integrate those into my string of rotating templates? And as always, thanks in advance, docs!

I think the decision to run a particular template has more to do with your current goals and preferences. Any of the templates you mention would be fine. The titan stuff has more calisthenics and Olympic work than the others, whereas the strongman one has more strongman-specific work (duh). General S/C is somewhere in the middle. I would put one or more of them in anywhere in your rotation, again depending on goals and preferences at that time.
