hi BBM team due to life and work and not currently able to run any four day templates was just wondering what templates I should cycle ?
My my goal is to compete next year currently in the process of moving and will be building a home gym where I will be able to train the 4 day templates
I have a adjustable dumbbells and a pull up bar to do hop at home.

Hey Jordan I’ve decided to just stop overthinking what templates to get etc going to stick to the original plan which was the the suggestion I cycle the templates here: Strength I, General S/C, Hypertrophy I, and Powerbuilding I.
My last questions on this matter:
what order would you suggest I cycle these templates in?
For example the order and if I should run any of them x amount of times before moving on etc.
