Coming to the end of PB III programme (on week 13) and unsure where to go next; would appreciate some recommendations.
For context:
- 35 yr old male
- 6+ years continuous lifting.
- No aspirations to compete
- Poor numbers relative to weight:
- Bodyweight: 78kg
- Squat (High bar) 105kg/Low bar 115kg.
- Deadlift 165kg
- Bench Press 95kg
- Press 55kg
Due to above factors my goals are confined to generally incrementally improving strength and hypertrophy, which is why the Powerbuilding programmes have been best suited to my needs.
What line of programmes would you suggest as the next most suitable for me after the Powerbuilding line?
