Which Bodybuilding block to do?

I’ve already ran the entire Bodybuilding Template, but I didn´t respond that well to the first two blocks strenght-wise. Responded pretty well the 3rd block.
If I wanna take a break from my regular strenght training (just one block), should I do the 3rd block or start from the 1st?

I think since strength progression (rather maintenance) isn’t the goal, I’d recommend any of the blocks. If you want to do the third one and don’t feel like it will be too much volume for you based on what you’ve been doing recently…do it!
