Progressing on Bodybuilding Template

Hey there docs,

A few questions about progression in the bodybuilding template:

  1. If I make good progress throughout the entirety of block 1, should I repeat the entire block? Or should I move onto block 2?
  2. Likewise, if I made good progress throughout the entirety of block 3, should I repeat the entire block or start again from block 1?

You could keep repeating the last week of the block as long as youโ€™re making progress, sure.
