which machine?

I’m doing the bridge 3.0 and on day 3 I’m using a leg press at the local gym, the kind that you sit down on and lay back with your feet up above you. They also have another one where you stand up with your shoulders under some pads and then squat down. Sorry not sure of the exact nomenclature on what these machines are called. Would you have any preference given the two choices?

The second machine you’re describing sounds like a hack squat machine to me. I’d go for the first one in this context :slight_smile:

Thanks. Would the hack squat machine be a better replacement for the belt squat since the positions are more similar?

Not necessarily. Probably about the same to the leg press and I don’t feel strongly about either one.
