Would it be better to add or subtract a day to the training week on the bridge?

This is probably a dumb question. My training week got off of what I like to do because I was out of the country. M-W-F works better for me, and I’m also trying to work around a couple travel days where I know I won’t be able to train. Would it be better to make the training week 8 days or 6 days? Or does it even matter? This would just be for a few weeks in the middle of The Bridge, and this is my first program after a novice LP. I don’t know if it’s better to add or reduce stress, or if it’s enough to make a difference either way.

I’d continue to complete the week’s training in a week, that way you’re fairly on schedule when you’re done traveling, plus spreading three training sessions over 8 days is longer than desired. So training the three days in 6 days is way to go!

Thanks Leah, good to know that a 6 day week is better than 8. I took another look at my schedule and was able to get each week into 6 or 7 days while still working around travel. Thanks!
