12 Week Press Template-Illness, to reset or keep going?

So it turns out on my normal week five (last week) of the Press template I had pneumonia. So understandably my training was not up to par. Although because I have a home gym I did train. Decided to reset and do week five over this week. It has gone great and I even managed to put a little weight on my lifts from week 4. My question is this. It looks like week 6 is scheduled to be a pivot/deload week. Since in reality last week while I was sick was pretty much a deload, should I just move right on to week seven or do week 6 as written?
