2 weeks off

Hi Team,

After 12 weeks of Beginner Phase 1, I did the first session of Phase 2 then life got in the way and I took two weeks off. I’m hitting the gym tomorrow and am wondering if I’m good to just jump straight into the 2nd session of Phase 2 or if I should do something else.
