Beginners Template after Knee Rehab Template.

I’m in week 7 of the knee rehab template and I’m starting to think about what I want to do after I’m done fixing up my knees. In podcast episode 58 Jordan mentions that the beginner’s program is good to run after a rehab run and you would just skip the first phase or two. I was just wondering, how would one determine how many phases to skip?

I don’t have a whole lot of training history and what I have is kind of sporadic. I’ve done SS for about 4 weeks, then a shoulder rehab run with Derek, then a completed the Bridge…took a month off…then started the knee rehab with a couple of restarts of week one.

Ok perfect…I take it I can keep GPP and cardio at 2 days a week even in phase one of the beginners since that’s what I’ve been doing for the last couple weeks and will be doing for the next 8 weeks of the knee rehab.
