Templates progression question.

Greetings, BBM guys.
It’s hard to abstract due to my short English skills.
So, please bear with that I bring the whole post in this.

The post was,

Brief training log,
Done beginner template I for 2-3 months ,
during beginner template II , my knees were hurt.
lay off training for a year.

And now here I am.
I’m currently doing knee rehab template ver.2

my questions are,
Is it viable that I replace deadlift slot for mid shin pull?

AND

Which template should I use after finishing knee rehab?
I’d like to do bodybuilding template at the end,
but I didn’t even finish beginner template.

Thanks for the post. I would plan on going back to the Beginner Phase II and running that until it stops working, then going to Hyper I, then the Bodybuilding template. I think that makes the most sense from a training stress standpoint, as matching it to your current fitness level is important for you to actually grow.

And you addressed about mid shin pull part , then I replied that part.

My question is,
Is it reasonably good if I go for whole beginner template comparing to your option suggested. (Including phase lll, I think it’s the more strength-bound phase)
then, moving on to bodybuilding 1.

Glad to hear the knee is feeling better. You can do phase III of the Beginner Template if you like. It is more strength focused, yes. I would prefer doing the hypertrophy I template first before bodybuilding I, but that’s just me.
