Bodybuilding Template

Hey guys,

Is it ok to do the bodybuilding template right after the beginner template? I just feel like it’s a more advanced template. Any insight would be great.

Maybe look at the powerbuilding/hypertrophy programs first. Hopefully someone who owns one of the templates will be able to provide more insight but I’m sure you’ll get good results whatever you choose.

I tend to agree with JPP. I think you’d be better off running hypertrophy I first.
