Done beginner template I for 2-3 months ,
during beginner template II , my knees were hurt.
lay off training for a year.
And now here I am.
I’m currently doing knee rehab template ver.2
my questions are,
Is it viable that I replace deadlift slot for mid shin pull?
AND
Which template should I use after finishing knee rehab?
I’d like to do bodybuilding template at the end,
but I didn’t even finish beginner template.
Thanks for the post. I would plan on going back to the Beginner Phase II and running that until it stops working, then going to Hyper I, then the Bodybuilding template. I think that makes the most sense from a training stress standpoint, as matching it to your current fitness level is important for you to actually grow.
To your question about replacing the deadlift with a mid-shin pull, you can, but I would like you to pull/hinge something from the floor on a semi-regular basis. Is there a reason why you want to change this?
Yepp, I asked the question because my gym won’t approve ground slamming stuffs.(and my back won’t tolerate full ROM when I slow down my eccentric, enough.)
I’ve finished 12 weeks knee rehab ver.2.
And I’m currently doing beginner template phase 2, second week.
But the knee pain popped up significantly, again.
During Knee rehab template, knees were fine.
What should I do? I wanted to finish whole beginner template.
I’m keeping the prescribed rest time, GPP, etc.
