Deadlifts and the Knee Rehab Template

This question is guaranteed to have been asked before. I am, however, terrible with the search function.

I am considering picking up the knee rehab template and I have one concern. It states that upper body programming continues as it normally would, with lower body movements presumably focusing on rehab. The deadlift gives me no knee pain and I would like to continue progressing in that as well as my bench. Is there an easy way to modify the template for this purpose or is there even any modification necessary?

You can continue training the deadlift normally without modifying the template.
