Assuming one has plenty of time to train, then what actually is the advantage in training 4 days over 3? I feel like I’m getting ready to work out for 4 days, though I am also quite settled in my weekly routine allowed from the 3 day format especially after doing SSLP, the Bridge and the legacy Hypertrophy program. In short, is the opportunity cost as simple as my gainzZz increasing from adding the extra day?
