I’m now considering whether to do the 3-day program again, or try the 4-day program.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of 3-days vs. 4-days-per week?
Will the 4-day program be healthier than the 3-day program?

They’re very similar programs overall, but the 4-day version has a big higher training load. For those that need the extra training, the 4-day would work better for improving fitness, but it does require more time spent training compared to the 3-day version.
