4 Day Hypertrophy Template

Hi guys

After I’ve finished the 12 week strength template I’m going to move on to the 4 day hypertrophy, this calls for the use of dumbbells. I’m limited with my weight increments once I need to go heavy. What exercises are prescribed on the plan using dumbbells? So I can get an idea weather I need to find some more weights or can make do.

The dumbbell work is higher rep upper body stuff, i.e. DB incline or press. If you can’t use DB’s, I’d just use a barbell.
