Hi Docs - ready to move to some hypertrophy focused work. Since I can only really dedicate 3x/week for lifting, am I better off adjusting the bodybuilding template for 3 days, or should I go straight for hypertrophy I since it’s already aligns with my schedule availability?
Either way would be fine. If you want to gear it more towards barbell lifting and full-body training, pick the Hypertrophy template. If you’re wanting to do more a split setup and have access to machines, dumbbells, etc., I’d pick the Bodybuilding template.
