I was supposed to start Week 1 of the Hypertrophy template today. Typical schedule will be MWF. Unfortunately, due to Shenanigans this week end, I slept through my alarm this morning and missed today’s workout. And I find out today that I have to work early Friday. So how should I break this week up to get the 3 lifting days in? Tues, Wednesday, Thurs? Or Tues, Thurs, Sat? Then start MWF next week? Saturday is iffy at this point with various Kid’s activities.
Mon though Friday I can only lift in the early morning before work if I want to stay married! Weekends are always a toss up depending on work or Kids.
Thanks for the response. That is what I was thinking. Probably have to adjust down the weight to fit RPE by Thirsday though. Oh well. I should still get the benefit
