I have my first meet coming up in six week, and I need advice on what would be the best way to prep for it. I have been working with a coach lately and set new PR’s, but I had to stop the coaching.
I only have the 12 week strength template, would it be a good idea to run the first 5 weeks?

Unfortunately we don’t know anything about you, your training history, or anything else that could inform how we’d program for you leading into a meet, and switching to a potentially wildly different training style is probably not the best move when you’re six weeks out from a meet.
On the other hand, if this is your first meet and you’re just doing this for fun, it probably doesn’t matter all that much. Something like the strength template or even using the final six weeks of the Bridge could be applied here.

No, I would not run the peaking template twice as it is written to peak you after a strength building, volume accumulating phase.
