I was wondering two things about the hypertrophy template:
for myorep sets, is there a ball park rep/set range we should be shooting for?
will templates be sent out again once the minor tweaks and fixes get made to the various minor errors that there are in the version that was sent out?

You can find instructions for the myo-reps under the help tab. The rep ranges are prescribed in the programming.

The help page instructions are clear the issue I am having is that I end up doing a ton of sets of 5 (like up to 10 of them)… which I guess must just mean that my weight is too low?? 10 seems like too many sets, right?
Yes, either your weight is too light, your rest periods are too long, or both.
