I’m looking to sign up for my first powerlifting meet which starting next week will be 8 weeks out. I’m finishing up the 4-day hypertrophy bias program this week and I’m unsure of what to run going into the meet. What is everyone’s thoughts on running the last 8 weeks of the 12 week strength program? Otherwise, does anyone have another idea? I wanted to get some opinions before I jump right into something.
Last 8 weeks of 12ws would work. You could also do the first 4 weeks followed by one of the peaking templates.
