I am an intermediate lifter and recently purchased the 12 week strength program and I am about to start week 2. Training is going great and I love the program so far!
However, I just signed up for my first powerlifting meet, held on May 26th. Which is 10 weeks out from this week (or 11 weeks from starting the program). What modifications would you recommend making? i.e. which week would you recommend removing?
