A little vanity

Hi BBM crew,

Can I get your advice on how to add side lateral raises and calf raises (sets/reps/frequency per week) to my training program?

I’m currently doing PB 1, and the addition of these exercises is purely for aesthetics/vanity.

I would just do them at the end of a training session and start somewhere in the 3-5 set range of 8-20 reps @ RPE 7.

Is twice per week ok?
