A Quick Clarification On Beginner Template

I have the original Beginner template.

Should the cardio portion be done on none lifting days? I’d like to do the cardio at the end of the lifting. Is that what is prescribed? Does it matter what days the cardio is completed?

Great question. Simply put, no, it doesn’t matter what days you do your cardio on (provided it gets done).

I do lots of my conditioning after lifting :slight_smile:

That’s what I figured and did yesterday. It was surprisingly easier (not easy) than I anticipated. Thanks for the reply.
