Addressing Neck Pain

Very quickly, I wanted to share a helpful bit of personal, anecdotal history when it comes to treating neck pain.

Description of pain: chronic tightness, soreness, popping, poor range of motion

Personal background & possible causes: pro-wrestling, rugby, flag football, TMJ disorder (grinding teeth while sleeping), novice bench press mistakes

Treatment: weighted neck harness, neck band resistance look-aways, timed neck bridges

In my experience, resistance training my neck has reduced neck pain significantly. Just some food for thought.
