99% of the time I’m able to adjust my schedule around my training , but coming up in a few weeks I’m gonna have a million things going on. My current routine is :
monday : squat / bench / deadlift variation
Tuesday : bench variation/ ohp/
Thursday : deadlift / back work
Friday : bench variation/ ohp / accessories
One week I’m busy Friday will be out of the question, so will the next day so I can’t make it up
and the following week Thursday and Friday will both be busy but I could make it in that Saturday
so I’m just trying to figure out how to adjust things so that my progress keeps going along. Any help would be great !
The goal is to maintain the weekly workload.
Your first week I’d do
Monday : squat / bench / deadlift variation
Tuesday : bench variation/ ohp / accessories
Thursday : deadlift / bench variation / back work
This maintains everything except one OHP slot, which you could insert at the end of Monday, Friday, or skip it for that week.
The second week I’d do:
monday : squat / bench / deadlift variation
Tuesday : bench variation/ ohp/ accessories
Saturday : Deadlift / bench variation / ohp
Same goes for your “back work” on this week, or you could pop in the gym on Wednesday of that week to do your accessories and “back work” together.
