My work schedule will be changing for the foreseeable future. I will still train three days/week, but two of those days will be done in your “time crunch” style. The third day can be a longer, more methodical workout. Furthermore, my days off from work change every week. So the workout that can be longer will always be different too.
I have come up with this homogenized plan based off of templates I bought from you
Monday
squat: 5@8, two backoff sets
OHP: 5@8, two backoff sets
RDL: 10@8x2
Wednesday
bench 1ct: 5@8, two backoff sets
HBBS: myorep
DB bench: myorep
Friday
deadlift: 5@8, two backoff sets
incline bench: myorep
pendlay row: myorep
