I made a post regarding the GS&C template (thanks Dr Baraki again for the response!) before but I wanted to ask a new question regarding this template. So I am just coming off the Endurance Template and transitioning into the GS&C template but if there was one thing that I really surprisingly enjoyed was the Aerobic Intervals. For a first time run of the GS&C template, would it be possible to replace one of the LISS or HIIT sessions with Aerobic Intervals or maybe even add it on? Or would you run the program as is?
