I just finished the Beginner Template and am starting the General S&C template this week, with the goal of continuing to build a relatively broad base of strength and conditioning. I have a question:
The Excel file for the General S&C template shows two LISS conditioning sessions and one HIIT conditioning session in week one, but the app seems to only have one LISS and one HIIT for that week. For week ten, the Excel template shows two LISS sessions and two HIIT sessions, but the app only has one of each for that week. Is the difference intentional?
