Looking for guidance or next program template

Doc,

I have just finished two rounds of General strength and conditioning. Showed definite improvement.

Can I continue this program over and over or jump to another template?

Preferably something I can repeat until I pass away. LOL

As I stated in April of this year, I’m 69 years old and just want to stay strong and remain functional, especially in the the outdoors.

Hi Richard,

That’s awesome you’ve had such great results and I’m sure you’re an inspiration to those around you.

That said, if you’re having good results with the General S/C program- you can keep doing it until you either get another itch you want to scratch training wise or results slow WAY down.

It’s hard to program one thing indefinitely, but I see no reason to modify things here based on your report.
