GS&C 2, what's next

Coming off of PB3, the instructions for that template said it was okay to repeat week 10, so I did that for a while. However, the instruction for GS&C 2 don’t have any recommendations if it would be okay to do the same or to restart from week 1. I was surprised it didn’t have any recommendations for what to do next at all. So if I want to continue using this program, should I repeat from the beginning, repeat week 10 for a while, or would you recommend switching to another program?

Heh, go figure when I stop making recommendations for what’s next because I don’t think anyone reads them, someone asks for one! Okay, so for options:

  1. You can definitely repeat the final week of the General Strength and Conditioning II Template
  2. If strength-focused, I’d transition to Powerbuilding III
  3. If hypertrophy-focused, I’d transition to Bodybuilding II Hope that helps!
