New Template question

Currently, I’m running the 3-day version of BB1 2nd Gen. I’m scheduled to start Week 7 of Block 2 shortly. I like the program — my strength has increased a little bit, hypertrophy less so as I’ve been trying to get my waist down. It was 40–41” in March, now 38”. But things are getting a little stale, so I’d like to change things up a bit.

Over the years, I’ve used PB1 1st Gen, Knee Rehab, and BB1 1st Gen templates.
My priorities, in order, are now: Conditioning, Strength, and then Hypertrophy. The quiz suggests either GS&C 1 2nd Gen or GS&C 2.

I’m playing tennis twice a week at a decent level, doing a 30-minute HIIT shuttle run session on a squash court once a week, and 30 minutes of cardio at the end of each lifting session. A 3-day-a-week lifting program works well for me.

I quite like the idea of full-body training sessions. The Power Clean will be a novelty, I never got good at them during the SS NLP, but I’d be interested to give them a go again.

So does that mean the GS&C 1 2nd Gen would be the suggestion? Or will GS&C 2 be more suitable?

I would favor the General S/C 1 program in this case.
