Best descion was starting BBM templates 20 weeks ago. I started doing powerbuilding 2 loved it and set a handful of Prs. I am on week 10 of hypertrophy 2 and same results. I know they recommend going to a strength program after hypertrophy work. So what would be a template to do if I don’t plan on competing. Stregnth 2, 12 week press? Would love some feedback thanks guys!!I
