I’m a few weeks into the general strength and conditioning 2 template and really enjoying it. When I reach the end of the program I’m probably going to just run it again. Should I keep the conditioning volume the same as the end of the program or is there a reason to reduce volume of conditioning and work back up?
I’d plan on running it as-is, since your absolute intensity the second time around. This should work well in this setting. I think bumping volume up higher would warrant some additional tweaks to the lifting programming, as well as the intensity distribution of the conditioning work.
Thanks. That’s what I’ll do then. The program is perfect regarding its set up. My favorite template so far and I’ve done most of them. Particularly like the upper lower set up. I feel fresh and excited to train for each session with that feature. Thanks for always putting out such excellent products.
