Template conditioning question

I’ve read your comments before on other questions about other template topics and I have seen suggested frequently to run a template as written. Would this be the same for the conditioning requirements?

For example each template starts out on the low side and increases over time. However if I’m starting over or beginning a new template, would I keep my conditioning where I left off?

I am coming off strongman template which has no prescribed conditioning. I’ve been doing 30min/day 5 days/week just to make the minimum guideliguidelines.

I am starting 3 day low fatigue and was wondering should I keep my conditioning the same or do as prescribed?

You can do whatever you prefer, but if you’re tolerating the current volume just fine- I’d stick with it!
