What program should I do next?

I have just finished two rounds of General strength and conditioning. Showed definite improvement.

Should I continue this program over and over or jump to another template?

Preferably something I can repeat until I pass away. LOL

I’m 69 years old and just want to stay strong and remain functional, especially in the the outdoors.

Why don’t you try a hypertrophy based program to add in some variety?

I’ve completed the Strength program twice.

I would just like to maintain the strength I have.
