Been looking at all sorts and asking all sorts of random questions as I’m super confused on what to do next I’ve done SSLP then I followed the bridge and have made great success but I just don’t know where to go from here I really like this type of training as I train 3 days a week but don’t know what program to do next I’ve been looking at the general strength template at Scivation that you have written as I like the set up with squat first on session 1 then bench first on session 2 and deadlift first on session 3 and was just wondering what template you suggest I get or any other free online programs you suggest I am not a competitive powerlifting but am looking to compete in the future.
At this time, we offer The Bridge and The General Strength templates for free. You could run either of those and be fine.
Alternatively, you could purchase one of our templates for your next batch of programming. I would recommend The Bridge 3.0 or HLM templates.
@Jordan_Feigenbaum decided to do your general strength program before I start looking at your paid programs first week trying the general strength program and my only question is on the Thursday session I was thinking of changing the exercise selection like so because of time restraints as the Thursday session took me 1hr 30mins to get through so was thinking of changing front squats for a plate loaded leg press and changing dumbbell incline bench for weighted dips or would you say this would be unproductive ? Or if you have a better suggestion ?
