What program should i use?

So my story short, me and my girlfriend started powerlifting not long ago, like, 10 ish montsh now. I’m trying to educate myself and trying to figure out what is best for us etc.
So we don’t have much money, we are both students , and we live alone so all the money we got we have to spend to important stuff, not much to spare.
Right now we doing the Juggernait ai proggraming, its not bad, but i just thinking its not the best, lack of singles, no exercise variations etc.
It would be better if we start some BBM template? If so, which? The free bridge is good for us?

Thanks for the post and I hope you’re doing well. You could run the Bridge and the General Intermediate Template prior to doing something that’s not free like Strength II. That’s what I’d do in this situation!

I think I would take your advice thank you very much for the response, but one more question please, I will have a meet on Aug 2. How my programming should look like until the meet? I guess 3 weeks prior I do the free peeking template but before that?

That’s a bigger question. :slight_smile: That’s about 6 weeks away, so if you have programming you are doing now, then yes, you can do that and move to the peaking template for 3 weeks. Or if you have no programming but you’ve been training for this meet, and now and need something free, you could run 3 weeks of the Bridge, like weeks 5-7, so you have some training volume and practice with singles and then the peaking template. I think the JAI has a pretty high amount of volume, so that might work out fine for you to move to the Bridge/Peaking.
