I am about to finish it and I love it, made all kinds of gainzzz, PR’ed, etc. You guys definitely know how to program.
Any reason it wouldn’t be a good idea to run it again in succession since it worked so well the first time through? Better to run a strength-focused program and then come back to it? Goal is to get stronger, but I hadn’t run a hypertrophy-focused program in a while and definitely needed it.
