I´m about to finish 12 week strength template and I want to go for the 7 week hypertrophy block.
My question is: for a healthy young male, does it make sense to cycle these two programs until a major modification is needed or, I think, until it doesn´t work anymore for me?
I think that barring a change in goals, interest, and/or stagnation, you can run a similar program (or programs) over and over again ad nauseam. I do think that the newer hypertrophy and strength programs we have available might be the change you need/want when you outgrow the programs you already have.
