in the grand scheme of things , does a drink once in awhile really effect things ? I know you’ve said before it effects recovery. And I’ve also seen one or two videos of Jordan drinking what I assume is maybe whiskey ?
So i guess I’m wondering if Friday is my last training day of the week, and say Saturday or Sunday I want a beer or maybe a few sips of something , is that really going to effect me much on Monday ? Given that I stay hydrated / eat all the same
things.
I will ask you to consider what I have said about alcohol and recovery specifically, as it’s not simply “Alcohol affects recovery.”
Depends on the dose and frequency of that dose, right? If it’s one drink (two drinks if you’re a male) per day and it is not having a negative impact on your social, occupational, or personal life…I would expect no impact on training.
