Hey doc,
If I take a break from HIIT and got back into it, I would get this bizarre itch on my lower torso. It also happened back in the day when I took a break and got back into things like P90x and Insanity.
Today was the first time doing HIIT in 2 months and I got this itch again. It even got down to my glutes and upper quads. I’ve never had this type of reaction from weights, swimming, and it’s not like I am allergic to the fabric of my clothing.
I get the itch half way into it while I was resting. The itch would go way when going @ 10 , but it would come back slightly stronger, eventually going away as I cool down.
This does not happen on Steady State.
Any theories?
