Hey guys! A longtime fan of all your programs. Having recently purchased the Low Fatigue Gen 2 template and loving the powerbuilding plan, is there enough of a difference to also get the Gen 2 Powerbuilding 2 template? I also have the PB3 template so I don’t know if I’m just needlessly overlapping or if there is enough difference between the 3 plans. I obviously like options! LOL!
Yea, I think there’s a lot of difference between all three program’s approach to Powerbuilding. One thing you may really like is the “non-comp” programin included in Powerbuilding 2. We keep the same powerbuilding approach, but it’s not meant to prep you for a meet at the end, which means no peak, decrease in conditioning volume, and so on. To me, it’s a great program to run for people who like training the Big Three, but aren’t competing.
Thanks Jordan. I hope you never change the “buy it for life” model of your templates. The amount of value they’ve added to my training and quality of life over the years is almost immeasurable. I’ve been able to pivot and run different templates during different phases of life (kids, job change, moving, etc.) and been able to stay consistent with training so thank you so much.
