Hi there, looking for advice on my next template choice. For context of my training experience, I’ve recently completed PBIII (with good results), and I’m currently enjoying PBII 3-day (2nd gen).
Would there be any major differences between running the 2nd Gen Low Fatigue GS&C Program (3 day) and the GS&C II programs (either 3-day or 4-day)? I don’t want to reduce training load, I just want a break from the PB routines. Thanks!
